I started my career designing websites. Somewhere along the way, I became more interested in understanding customer behaviour than designing interfaces.
Why do people leave? What stops them from buying? What small improvements create meaningful results?
Those questions eventually led me to CRO.
Over the past 7+ years, I’ve contributed to 500+ CRO-focused projects across ecommerce and worked closely with CRO teams at agencies like ConversionWise and Conversion Rate Pros.
Today, I help ecommerce brands improve their post-click experiences through better landing pages, funnels, and experimentation.
